Join Rachel for a day of turning the attention inwards. This day workshop will begin with meditation followed by Mysore-style self-practice. After a break for lunch, the afternoon will consist of guided meditation, restorative yoga, pranayama and contemplation.
A light lunch will be provided (vegan homemade soup + fresh bread).
