Sunday 30th April, 11 – 3pm with Rachel
Yoga Kula, Leeds
£30 early bird before 23rd April £33.50 thereafter
The aim of this mini-retreat is to help you feel connected to the ‘stillness within’. We will do this by allowing ample time for stillness and meditation, giving ourselves permission not to be in a hurry.
The day will begin with guided meditation and a dynamic hatha yoga practice to allow us to cultivate awareness of the body and gradually open up the areas around the ribcage to facilitate the movement of the breath.
After a short pause for lunch (light lunch recommended!), we’ll do a period of restorative yoga, allowing the body to open and deeply relax. Once in this relaxed and receptive state, we will practise pranayama, ending the day with a final period of meditation and a guided deep relaxation.
All levels of students are welcome – whether you are new to practise or wishing to deepen your existing yoga practice you will benefit from this workshop.
Please bring a light veggie/vegan lunch to eat in the break after the dynamic practice.
