Joey is currently teaching weekly in-person (hybrid) classes at our home studio near Hebden Bridge.
(Please note: there will be no classes between 14th-17th March 2023, whilst Joey is away on meditation retreat.)
The schedule is:
Tuesday 9am – 11am – Mysore-Style Self Practice – Zoom / Home Studio
Weds 9am – 11am – Backbending/Adapted Second Series (Fully Led) – Zoom / Home Studio
Thursday 9am – 11am – Mysore-Style Self Practice – Zoom / Home Studio
Friday 9am – 11am – Primary Series (Fully led) – Zoom/ Home Studio
It’s very helpful (but not essential) to let Joey know if you’re planning to come along to classes in-person at our home studio – email Joey: joey@ashtangayogaleeds.com
Home Studio address and parking – our home studio is located at: 9 Stoney Springs Mill, Burnley Road, Brearley, HX2 6DH. It’s between Mytholmroyd and Luddendenfoot and you can park on the slope once you turn off from the main road, with the field with the billboard in it on your left. Number 9 is on the near side of the mill and has a bike shed with a number 9 on it and table and chairs outside and and arched doorway.
