Join Joey for a non-residential Ashtanga yoga retreat in a beautiful coastal setting. Small group classes will ensure students get plenty of assistance and the intimate setting of the studio (a converted chapel) will help to create ideal conditions for deepening your yoga practice.
The week will consist of:
5 x Morning assisted self-practice sessions plus 3 x afternoon sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, which will include technique, contemplation & journaling, pranayama and meditation.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioner except complete beginners and you need to be familiar with ‘Mysore’ assisted self practice classes.
Students can choose to book for the morning self-practice sessions only or the full week which includes the afternoon sessions too.
